Each package needs to specify 'triggers' that trigger the action, and some kind of 'actions' that are called when the trigger happened, like:

Trigger:

• The user (doctor) prescribes a *DOAC* like *Apixaban* for the first time.

Action:

• The user gets a hint on how to use that drug, help, scientific studies etc.
• A recurring reminder (notification) is created: The patient's kidney parameters must be monitored now, and at least once in a year; if patient's age is > 75, trigger reminder twice a year.
