Generic data format for interchange of patients between different Austrian EMR systems. It is very old (last change 2008), and the format seems to have internal problems, so that if we implement it correctly, it will mess up the data, see here. I don't know how reliable that is…
A definition of the Normdatensatz can be obtained here - as I don't know how long it will be available, you can download it from the MedUX wiki too.
