MedUX will be created fully translatable. Modules generally must use English as their primary language, and provide translations as external files. There are exceptions for modules that only are used in certain countries and couldn't be used in others, like special modules for eCard support and special ledger things. It should be considered to create “common”, translatable modules for such functionality, to summit commonly used functions, and only parts that are really specific for one country should be put in an untranslated module.
