This module should be responsible for letting the user add diagnoses to the patient. Encoding free-text diagnoses into ICD-10, DSM-IV or ICPC2 keys should be available via autocomplete fields.

The module should contain an updatable list of

• ICPC-2¹⁾
• ICD-10
• DSM-V

It should also maintain a (personal or global) list of

• user entered (free-text) diagnoses that are available too via autocomplete in the diagnose field, ordered by frequency of use.

Maybe split the DataPacks up - pyhsio therapists do not need DSM-V.
