The ImportExport module should provide filters for importing/exporting patient data into various formats. Possible filters could be:

  * Print-outs for Patients, (HTML, PDF) - maybe is CDA enough.
  * serial letter generation (for patient information)
  * provide a [FHIR server](http://hl7.org/fhir) implementation for easy/future proof data exchange
