Each package needs to specify 'triggers' that trigger the action, and some kind of 'actions' that are called when the trigger happened, like:

Trigger:
  * The user (doctor) prescribes a *DOAC* like *Apixaban* for the first time.

Action:
  * The user gets a hint on how to use that drug, help, scientific studies etc.
  * A recurring reminder (notification) is created: The patient's kidney parameters must be monitored **now**, and at least **once in a year**; if patient's age is > 75, trigger reminder **twice a year**.
