Many other modules need data to work, like //ZIP codes//, //medical procedures//, //insurance positions// etc., which all need upgrading from time to time. This module provides a central format and infrastructure for downloading/upgrading data (ICD-10 diagnoses, insurance "positions", banks, doctors, insurances, ZIP codes, medical procedures, etc.).
